C & N Services was founded by the owner, Steve Schulze, in 1999 in Melbourne, Florida. We are a family owned & operated business. Steve is a Certified Building Contractor and Certified Plumbing Contractor.

Through planning, coordinating, and expediting with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, C & N Construction Services is recognized industry-wide for its knowledge and array of skill sets. Backed by quality support from our corporate office, we continue to assemble talented teams dedicated to serving our clients. C & N Construction continues to position seasoned superintendents and project managers on all its job sites averaging more than 50 years of solid experience. On-site project management teams are responsive and attentive to safety, quality control, and project progress. Consistency and adherence to high standards are fundamental to the C & N Construction team.

Our goal is to develop strong relationships with our clients, a majority of which become repeat-clients. We are grateful for the numerous opportunities that allow us to build some of Brevard’s finest construction projects and that so many clients return to C & N Construction for all their building needs.
